Our responsibilities for delivering professional training programs means we are always up to date on the most current design and production techniques. When we engage in production projects, we use this knowledge to ensure that what we create is built right the first time and on budget.
As an example, during the Novel Coronavirus pandemic, we assisted the Ontario Ministry of Health with an urgent request. With only 3 hours notice, we converted 15 COVID-19 documents from the Deputy Minister's office into accessible versions for distribution. These documents were memos for Ontario Health Systems Organizations and Providers. The memos outlined updated measures taken by the Ontario provincial government in its battle against COVID-19. Our team dropped everything we had on the go and was able to convert the documents in under 4 hours.
