About Eliquo Training & Development

Accessibility Training Built for the People Who Create Digital Content

Eliquo Training & Development is a corporate training provider specializing in digital accessibility, WCAG compliance, and accessible content creation. Since 2002, we have helped organizations train the people responsible for creating websites, documents, videos, and digital communications so accessibility is built in from the start, not fixed after the fact.

We work with public-sector organizations, enterprise teams, and content creators who need practical, role-based training that fits real tools, real workflows, and real deadlines.

Our focus is simple:

Accessibility succeeds when the people creating content know how to apply it correctly.

What Makes Eliquo Different

Most accessibility programs focus on audits, remediation, and checklists. Eliquo focuses on prevention through training.

Our courses are designed to:

  • Teach accessibility inside the tools people already use
  • Apply WCAG requirements to real-world workflows
  • Reduce repeat accessibility issues before they occur
  • Scale accessibility knowledge across teams and departments

This creator-first approach complements audits and remediation efforts while significantly reducing long-term compliance risk.

Our Training Focus

Eliquo delivers instructor-designed and eLearning programs across key areas of digital content creation, including:

  • WCAG & digital accessibility training
  • ADA Title II training for public-sector teams
  • Accessible web and UX design
  • Accessible PDFs and Microsoft Office documents
  • Accessible video and multimedia production
  • Role-based accessibility learning paths
  • Enterprise and government accessibility programs

Our training is used by designers, marketers, communications teams, developers, and content creators who need clarity—not theory—on how to build accessible digital experiences.

Founder & President

Craig Boassaly

Craig Boassaly is a digital accessibility educator and corporate training leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations build accessible digital content at scale. As Founder and President of Eliquo Training & Development, Craig has worked with public-sector and enterprise organizations to train designers, marketing teams, communications staff, and content creators on how to apply WCAG standards in practical, real-world workflows.

Since 2003, Craig has focused on making accessibility practical—not theoretical—by teaching professionals how to create accessible websites, documents, videos, and digital communications using the tools they work in every day.

Craig’s Training Philosophy

Craig’s work is grounded in a simple belief:

Accessibility works when it is taught at the point of content creation.

Rather than relying solely on audits and remediation, his approach emphasizes:

  • Teaching accessibility where content is created
  • Applying WCAG requirements inside real tools
  • Preventing accessibility issues before they require fixes
  • Empowering teams with repeatable, scalable skills

This philosophy has shaped Eliquo’s creator-focused training model and remains a core differentiator of the company.
